The USFWS, National Digital Library maintains a collection of some 20,000 public-domain still images available for download. Here’s the link: https://digitalmedia.fws.gov/cdm/search/collection/natdiglib/searchterm/fish/field//mode/exact/conn/and/cosuppress/.
They also have 80 HD video B-rolls, downloadable at 1920×1080 thru Internet connections, preferably fast ones, here: https://training.fws.gov/resources/knowledge-resources/video-gallery/b-roll.html.
These 10-minute compilations do have a reduced bitrate to make them download-friendly. For the Highest res and bitrate, please contact Maria at Video and Film Solutions in Rockville, MD 301-770-9155. There is a dubbing fee, but she can put these in any format you want.
