We are in the midst of a year in which many of us are focusing on retaining the rush of license buyers from the pandemic year. Well, ACI is here to help!

The upcoming conference will be held virtually, and it’s FREE to all who want to attend. All you will need to do is to register. Not only is the conference at the exact right price, but it also has an R3 theme this year with a focus on retention.

Retention has taken over all my thinking and has become the theme for this year in Outreach and Communications in Tennessee. Our goal is to retain 90% of last year’s license holders, and I’m glad to say we are on a track that just might get us there and bring in more newbies.

I’d like to send a shout out to Aaron Meier for helping bring in a ton of awards entries this year. We had over 500 entries! You’ll be able to see the 2020 awards recipients during the ACI virtual conference this year. (Did I mention that it will be FREE?) This year’s entry numbers are the 2^nd highest ever, so the plaques will be extra-well-deserved this year.

We are so lucky to have New Mexico hosting us for this year’s virtual conference. Though I will miss the train ride that I thought we were going to get, this might just be even better. Be on the lookout for all the registration information in the coming days!
