Missouri is interested in gaining more insight and information into how other states measure their website metrics. If you are part of the team that coordinates those metrics, we would greatly appreciate hearing from you, including the following information:

• What website metrics does your state capture?
• What types of user feedback do you receive? Surveys, contact form, email, etc.
• Would you mind sharing your site metrics for comparison?
• Do you have benchmarks? If so, would you mind sharing?
