What are they saying about your agency on social media?

Did you ever wonder what the residents of your state are saying about your agency on social media? Sure, when things go bad, you are the first to know, but you really don’t know how many people are posting about the agency and what they are talking about on a regular basis. You can’t spend all day poking around in social media.
ACI and DJ Case & Associates are working on a new Multi-State grant designed to help you understand not only what people are posting about your agency, but in general the sorts of issues that cause positive and negative posts for fish and wildlife agencies all over the country.
We’re going to run a social listening query on the name, nicknames and acronyms for your agency and generate a report on the posts, who is posting them and how the conversation about your agency compares to what is going on with others. We’ll email that report to you every other week for 10 months. Then at the end of the year, we’ll analyze those conversations for trends that should help all fish and wildlife agencies to better anticipate and participate in the social media conversations that revolve around their brand.
To sign up, just click on this link and complete the following form to give us the information necessary to set up your query and send you the reports.
If you have questions or would like to know more, reach out to Jenifer.Wisniewski@tn.gov or Matt@DJCase.com. Queries will be set up and bi-monthly reports will start after the first of the year, when the grant funds are available.
